  The staff here is way too good at what they do. I came here to get a tune up on my board and 10 min later I was back on the mountain. Outstanding job guys.

  Worst rental experience I've ever had. I rented snowboard + bindings + boots + helmet. The helmet and snowboard were good. The boots had broken plastic covers for the boa-style tightener, but otherwise were fine. I got three sets of bindings, after returning the first two. The first time, one of the heel-side uprights was only attached at one instead of two points. The second attachment point was fully snapped-off. Broken plastic. The second time, one of the toe straps was half-way severed on the big-toe side. Also broken plastic. The third time, nothing was broken, but the ratchet on one of the toe straps was connected to the strap by a screw and a metal hook. The screw was tight but the metal hook had popped out, so the ratchet could flop around about a half inch when not strapped in. No apologies or refund offered. I've never had to return any gear before, and I've rented from three other resorts. This was also the most expensive rental compared to the other resorts, so it's extra disappointing.
